Farhana Salam is a popular Broadcast journalist and news presenter of a private television channel. She has been presenting news on ATN Bangla for the last 15 years. Besides, a news presenter she is a recitation artiste, scriptwriter and singer and many FM radio like 88.8, 90.00, 97.6, 100.0, 104.00. From March 2021, shooting of a movie titled Black and Star will begin which story and script were written by Farhana Salam. Raisul Tomal will give direction of the movie.

Currently, Farhana Salam presently serves as a News Presenter for Time TV USA, a prominent Bangla television channel in the United States. Previously, she held a similar position at ATN Bangla, a leading Bangla channel in Bangladesh.

After completing Honours and Masters in Accounting from Eden College, Farhana Salam joined BCIC as Assistant Manager in 2013. She also got an award for encouraging female journalism from ‘Bhasha Andolan Gobeshona Kendro O Jadughor’ in 2016.
